SimCortex Pty Ltd ("SimCortex", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and ensuring the confidentiality of the information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices for gathering, using, disclosing, and managing a customer's personal data.

Billing details for purchases, which are processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card number
Voice input and conversation content when you use the assistant (your spoken or typed requests and the assistant's replies)
User-generated content, feedback, and other content you provide
Any other personal information you provide to us when you are in contact with us

Use of Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our services
Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts
Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages

Disclosure of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following situations:

To service providers who perform services on our behalf
If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of SimCortex employees or others
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company

When you use SimCortex AI Assistant's cloud conversation features, your chat input and the assistant's replies are transmitted to OpenRouter, and OpenRouter transmits that content to the model provider you choose for processing.

Voice and Conversation Data

The assistant processes your microphone audio on your device to recognise speech; voice control and live game-state queries are answered on your PC. When you use cloud Advanced AI, your request and the assistant's reply are sent to our gateway and the model provider for processing (see "Disclosure of Information" above). Retaining transcripts or audio to improve the service is optional and consent-based — you can decline, change your mind later, and request deletion of previously retained content at any time by contacting [email protected].

Data Security

We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, the internet is not 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Access and Correction

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, but we will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and changing the "Effective Date" at the top.
